PRIDE at PARC is a community event organized and coordinated by Plainfield Pride for the benefit of the community it serves. PARC Prairie Activity & Recreation Center located at 24550 West Renwick Road Plainfield, IL 60544.
Terms:
Space: Spaces include 10’W by 10’D space. Booth tents, signs, tables, condiment tables, cooking equipment or other related items MUST BE PROVIDED BY VENDOR.
Exclusivity: Each vendor will have item exclusivity We reserve the right to assign one type of vendor to each space in an effort to restrict duplicate vendors. If you are caught selling merchandise that is not approved, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the fest and forfeit any fees. We request that Ally Vendors refrain from selling “pride” merchandise, but OK to sell “ally” merchandise. Also, LGBTQIA vendors may sell “pride” merchandise, but refrain from selling “ally” merchandise. (if clarification is needed please send questions or item in question to outreach@ainfieldpride.org)
Payment: Vendor agrees to pay Plainfield Pride for each space The payment schedule for the fees is: Vendors - $75. Food and Drink Vendors ARE a separate Application
Security Deposit: Vendor will pay a $50.00 security deposit per space. The deposit is refundable if a vendor’s application is not accepted for participation.
Insurance: Vendor agrees to provide Plainfield Pride a current certificate of insurance, which shall be effective for the dates of the 2022 PRIDE at PARC. The certificate will provide for coverage, which shall include but not be limited to general liability coverage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) per occurrence, listing the Plainfield Pride and PARC as additional insured.
Liability: Vendor agrees to pay for any damages done by it or its agents and employees to any personal or real property (e.g. tents, tables, equipment, event facility, etc.) provided by or through Plainfield Pride to the Vendor at the PRIDE at PARC.
