Pridefest

Non-Profit Booth Application

Terms:

Space: Spaces include 10’W by 10’D space.  Booth tents, signs, tables,  or other related items MUST BE PROVIDED BY VENDOR.

Payment: The payment schedule for a booth space is: Non Profits with 501c status can pay by donation of either monetarty value or Volunteer Hours at the Pridefest event. 

Liability: Vendor agrees to pay for any damages done by it or its agents and employees to any personal or real property (e.g. tents, tables, equipment, event facility, etc.)  to those involved at Pridefest.

Insurance: Vendor must provide one of the following: a hold harmless agreement with Plainfield Pride and Warehouse 109, or provide a certificate of insurance naming Plainfield Pride and Warehouse 109 as additional insureds with the minimum requirements. The certificate will provide for coverage, which shall include but not be limited to general liability coverage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) per occurrence, listing the Plainfield Pride and Warehouse 109 as additional insured.
